Services

Two arcs.
Eight scopes each.

Services are grouped by the arc of the client relationship, individual or company, not by product. Every engagement cuts across several scopes. None is ever sold as a standalone package.

01

Private Client

For individuals and families whose UAE move is an addition, not a reset.

01

Schools & Neighbourhood

School placement matched to the family's curriculum preference, the school's admissions reality, and what comes next for the children. Area selection by catchment, community, and commute. The practical work of choosing where in the UAE to actually live.

02

Settling In & Lifestyle

Home search and tenancy, driving licences, utilities and telecoms, healthcare provider selection, vetted household staff, insurance cover. The day-one work of arriving, coordinated through long-standing destination services partners.

03

Residency & Visa Strategy

Route selection (Golden Visa, long-term residency, dependants) aligned to the client's tax position in the country they are leaving.

04

Cross-Border Tax

UK Statutory Residence, Indian RNOR and RFC, European departure tax analysis, and the equivalent positions wherever else home was. The UAE position designed in concert with the country you are leaving, never in isolation.

05

Holding Structure

Design of the personal holding architecture across mainland, free zone, and offshore. Protecting portfolio, property, and private operating interests.

06

Banking & Portfolio Placement

Introductions to private banking partners. Guidance on account design, mandate selection, and custody placement across jurisdictions.

07

Succession & Wills

DIFC Wills, lifetime gifts, trust considerations where relevant. Coordinated with the legal position in the country of origin.

08

Ongoing Partnership

A quarterly line, annual filings, and a watchful eye on regulatory change. For individuals whose position justifies it.

02

Corporate

For operating businesses entering the UAE with established positions elsewhere, and for the executive teams they bring with them. Structure first, then filings, then the people who run them.

01

Entity Design

Mainland, free zone, or a combination. Qualifying Free Zone Person analysis against all seven conditions. Substance architecture designed before incorporation.

02

Corporate Tax Position

Analysis under UAE Corporate Tax law (QFZP eligibility, Small Business Relief, transfer-pricing exposure, grouping decisions). Filed by FTA-registered partner firms.

03

Banking & Treasury

Operational banking placement, account structuring, FX lines, and introduction to the banking partner best suited to the business profile.

04

Licensing & Regulatory

Activity selection, authority selection, DED or free zone authority engagement, trade name, initial approvals, and licence issuance.

05

Visas & People

Establishment card, investor visa, employment visas, and the clean HR and Wages Protection System footprint that lets the business hire.

06

Executive Mobility

The executive moves that come with the corporate setup. Assignee tax positions, tax-equalised arrangements where required, payroll and shadow payroll, and the family relocation coordination that ensures the move actually lands. Held alongside the company engagement, not after it.

07

VAT & Compliance

VAT registration, group considerations, ongoing filing cadence, and coordination with accounting partners.

08

Ongoing Partnership

Annual Corporate Tax return coordination, substance review, regulatory change monitoring, and governance discipline for operating companies.

Fees

Every engagement is scoped on its own facts.

We do not quote by the hour. We do not quote by the month. We quote for the work: one number, agreed in writing before the engagement begins. If scope shifts mid-engagement, the conversation is had openly and the number is revised together, never one-sided.

Specialist partners (lawyers, bankers, accountants) invoice the client directly. PAYAED is paid by the client, and only by the client.
