George Varghese
Managing Partner, Co-Founder
Operations, orchestration, client relationship.
Holds the engagement. Builds the scope, maintains the partner bench, runs the weekly rhythm of every open file.
Two decades in the UAE. Founder of a multi-entity group with anchor clients in government and private sector. Has designed, operated, and exited companies across media, hospitality, and advisory. The operator’s view, given to the client as theirs to use.

Shirin Latheef
Managing Director, Co-Founder
Client experience, families, brand.
Holds the client relationship across both arcs of the practice. First conversation, discovery, and the long arc that follows. Carries the family and lifestyle side of every engagement directly.
BSc in Accounting and Finance. Early career inside a family office, then years in fashion and lifestyle that built the network and the eye the practice now draws on. Born and raised in the UAE, with chapters lived in India, Qatar, and the United Kingdom before returning home. Bilingual in English and Hindi. PAYAED exists because she walked into this market and could not find what she needed.
